Terms and Conditions (Basic Surveillance Package)

Surveillance investigations require a minimum of six (6) hours. Surveillance investigations are subject to an agreed retainer. Client will be billed the agreed upon rate plus all associated expenses to include but not limited to vehicle travel at $0.65 per mile, meals, air travel, lodging, data inquiries, photocopies, video copies, tolls, etc.

Client is entitled to an electronic report upon request and any pertinent documentation, as a result of this investigation after outstanding financial obligations have been met. The electronic report will be supplied free of charge via email or DVD. A color hard copy (printed report) is available at a cost of $0.75 per page plus all applicable postage fees. A black and white hard copy (printer report) is available at a cost of $0.55 per page plus all applicable postage fees.

Emergency (short notice) cases less than (24) twenty four hours from notice to initiation of the case will be billed at (1½) one and one half the hourly rate for the entire duration of the investigation. Holiday cases (Federal and State recognized) will be billed at (2) twice the regular hourly rate per investigator.

Our basic surveillance rate does not include a 7% sales tax, which is required per Florida State Statute 212.05 and the Florida Department of Revenue.

Sharpline has the right to refuse any request for surveillance, at any time, without prior notification if Sharpline feels that circumstances may endanger investigators, expose them to undue risk, or prohibited by applicable laws.
