Terms and Conditions (All Inclusive both 3 and 4 Day Surveillance Packages)

Surveillance investigations are subject to an agreed retainer. The all-inclusive package rate includes associated expenses for unlimited miles for vehicle travel within our standard operating area*, meals, data inquiries, photocopies, video copies, and tolls. The following are not covered under this all-inclusive plan and are subject to an additional fee; air travel and lodging.

Client is entitled to an electronic report upon request and any pertinent documentation, as a result of this investigation after outstanding financial obligations have been met. The electronic report will be supplied free of charge via email or DVD. A color hard copy (printed report) is available at a cost of $0.75 per page plus all applicable postage fees. A black and white hard copy (printed report) is available at a cost of $0.55 per page plus all applicable postage fees.

Sharpline has the right to refuse any request for surveillance, at any time, without prior notification if Sharpline feels that circumstances may endanger investigators, expose them to undue risk, or prohibited by applicable laws.

*Our standard operating area pertains to any travel within a 100 mile radius initiated from our headquarters located at 27251 Wesley Chapel Blvd Suite 101, Wesley Chapel FL 33455. Any travel outside of the 100 mile radius is subject to an $80.00 hourly rate charge plus tax for travel time. The mileage rate of $0.65 per mile will still be waived for the All Inclusive Packages. All Inclusive package prices include a 7% sales tax per Florida State Statute 212.05 and the Florida Department of Revenue.
